Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Take responsibility for promoting and driving internal and retail sales of wine.
- Lead Wine Tastings & Vineyard Tours
- Implement sales strategies and ensure effective merchandising in the store
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Train staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries

Qualifications:

- WSET Level 3
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in multiple languages is preferred
- Organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
