**PMO Analyst**

Polar Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a market leading IT client for a PMO Analyst to join the team, supporting the delivery of complex technical projects and programmes in a dynamic international environment.

**PMO Analyst - Responsibilities**
- Support the delivery of complex IT projects and programmes, including supporting requests for resource, project time tracking, governance/assurance, reporting/MI, PMO systems/tools, communications etc.
- Develop a good understanding of internal frameworks
- Stakeholder liaison
- Actively contribute to team meetings
- Support the PMO Lead and business on wider initiatives.

**PMO Analyst - Skills & Experience**
- 3-4 Years + experience of working in a PMO, supporting the delivery of complex IT projects, ideally in an international environment.
- Strong governance background
- Understanding of project delivery methodologies, PRINCE2 certification is desirable.
- Experience of working as part of a widely distributed team in a hybrid office/remote working context.
- Experience liaising with senior stakeholders
- Excellent time-management & organisational skills.
- Proven ability to prioritise workload & multi-task.
- Highly IT literate, MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
- MS Project experience is desirable but is not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Enthusiastic team player, keen to develop and progress career within Project Management
