KRG is supporting a leading creative marketing agency based in Manchester with the hiring of a new addition to the team, a Business Intelligence Specialist. We're seeking a skilled professional with reporting software expertise to contribute to the Technology division's success in delivering incisive marketing tech and data solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and develop clients' performance dashboards and reports
- Design and install new features
- Conduct platform training
- Respond to critical updates in front-end reporting
- Undertake ad hoc reporting projects
- Contribute to data warehousing and reporting infrastructure development

**Requirements**:

- E-commerce/analytical experience
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Good presentation skills
- Interest in reporting systems and data evolution

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
- Experience with PowerBI or similar tools (desirable)
- Familiarity with BigQuery or other data warehouses (desirable)
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and media platforms
- Experience reporting for diverse websites and apps, including e-commerce

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
