- As the Fixed Term Employers Liability and Public Liability Deputy Team Leader, you will have a multifaceted role, combining fee earning and management responsibilities. You will manage a reduced caseload, expertly handling Employers Liability and Public Liability cases. Moreover, you'll take charge of supervising and mentoring other more junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and progress a caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability cases, demonstrating expertise in handling complex legal matters.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members, offering supervision and mentoring to help them excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader and contribute to the overall strategy and success of the division.
- Engage in regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, helping to develop their skills and expertise.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Experienced EL PL Fee Earner/Team Leader with substantial experience in Employers Liability and Public Liability litigation.
- Proven track record of success in fee earning and managing a caseload of complex cases.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience).
