As Financial Services Administrator you will get involved in:

- Providing a professional and reliable services for clients, investment managers, advisers and product providers
- Meeting relevant SLAs and regulatory requirements
- Working all administrative tasks required by your team's procedures manual
- Supporting continuous improvement through identifying and resolving issues and standard operating procedures
- Working to relevant group data governance framework and ensuring that data quality and integrity is maintained
- Be aware of conduct rules, CASS related processes
- Ensuring you are working within the group data governance framework and that data quality is maintained
- Building relationships with relevant stakeholders

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to learn quickly with strong communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong team player and able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Client service focus
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Take accountability for quality of their work
