**Main responsibilities**:

- Returning counterparties contracts signed
- Under guidance of Managing Director, explore, research, and generate new businesses by identifying new markets and business opportunities.
- Help gather offers to provide to customers.
- Gather market information and provide feedback to other members of the trading department on trends.
- Follow and assist other traders with negotiating contractual terms and close businesses.
- Represent the company in exhibitions and other events.
- Produce information, tables and statistics as required by trading department.
- Organise samples.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent phone manners.
- Organisational skills and communication skills, written and oral.
- At least 1-2 years of office administration or customer service experience.
- Confident and determined approach.
- Knowledge of Incoterms.
- User level knowledge of MS Office, Intermediate Excel.
