Must be motivated, able to think on your feet and enjoy hard work in a bustling, busy environment, dealing with the public and determined to provide excellent customer service. The right person will be happy working front of house, be happy to take responsible decisions and get involved in all aspects of the business. An interest in food and catering is a bonus A smart appearance is a must Experience working in a bar and restaurant is preferred.
