Roehampton Gate School is a purpose-built day school for young people with autistic spectrum disorders, in particular Asperger's Syndrome and associated learning difficulties. It is situated next to the Hospital Roehampton. The school opened in April 2010.

The spacious and modern building has been specifically designed to accommodate up to 40 young people with autistic spectrum disorders and Asperger's Syndrome.

Roehampton Gate School is also uniquely placed to benefit from the extensive therapy and specialist mental health services provided at the Hospital Roehampton. Staff and students will also work closely with the child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) and experienced educational psychologists.

**Communication** - Communicating with our young people is vital to understand their needs. Good teamwork and communication plays a key part in ensuring important information is relayed to other staff.
**Organisation** -You will need to be confident and organised in general office duties, minute taking and handling student records.
**Attentive** - No two tasks are the same, so being attentive to greet all visitors, answering telephone calls, booking in appointments, as well as scheduling reviews with other professions.
