**About the Role**

We are looking for someone with some experience in building campervans, or the required skillset, to work alongside our experienced van conversion team from our factory which is situated at Meriden Works, Birmingham Road, CV5 9AZ.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

- Proven experience in carpentry, joinery, coach building, boat building, or mechanics.
- A passion for crafting high-quality products.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in your work.
- Ability to interpret written instructions, technical drawings and work independently or as part of a team.
- Competent use of hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy materials.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow within the company.

**Essential Skills**

You will possess transferable skills, such as accuracy, consistency, common-sense and efficiency and should have a diligent approach to your work. On a personal level you will be positive, flexible, co-operative and be able to work to instructions provided by a line manager.

You must have a clean driving license, a minimum of 3 years.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
