We are based in HENFIELD West Sussex, we design and build VW campervans. Due to expansion & increased demand, we are looking for a new member of staff to join our workshop team & assist in all aspects of the build process. This is an opportunity to join our team in a fast moving & vibrant industry, with potential for advancing within the company as we grow together. The role is a full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), working at our workshops in Henfield.

**Job description**

The main purpose of this role is to assist in all aspects of campervan fitting, providing our customers with a conversion that suits their needs, whilst maintaining our high standards.

**Skills required**
Experience in power tool operation (drills, saws, etc....).You may be qualified in a recognized, appropriate trade and/or have a reasonably competent background in DIY type skills (electrics, plumbing, carpentry). You must have a full driving license.
**What we are looking for**
We require you to be reliable, punctual, hardworking & trustworthy. A good team player, capable & driven enough to work without supervision, but also as part of a close team. Excellent attention to detail and take pride in the work you produce.
**Duties will include**
Insulating & lining vehicles. Installing flooring, windows, pop top roofs. Installing cabinet furniture, shower units & beds. Electrical system installation. Cleaning and inspecting vans on arrival and prior to collection. Working closely with other members of the team, with courtesy and respect at all times. Keeping the workspace clean and tidy and observing health and safety protocols at all times.

**Salary and benefits**
We are offering a good salary for the right person, and will be dependent on experience. You will get 28 days paid holiday including bank holidays. Plus bonus scheme.
