HCL PRECAST LIMITED is a Precast Installations company. We offer a variety of services to take care of all your installation and Lifting Accessory testing needs.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site job located in Finsbury Park or Westminster as a Precast Cladding Installer. The Precast Cladding Installer will be responsible for installing architectural precast concrete wall cladding. They will work with a team to ensure that all installations are successful.

No new starters

**Pay**
- PAYE - £16.67ph, 9 hour shifts + lodge if working away from home
- CIS - £18.33ph, 9 hour shifts + lodge if working away from home

Applicants rates living inside the M25 may vary due to living wage increase

**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years of experience in precast installation
- Knowledge of precast concrete production and installation processes
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and plans
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good physical fitness and willingness to work in an active on-site environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a team setting
- Working at Height and Harness awareness essential
- CSCS Card essential
- IPAF preferred
- NVQ in precast installation preferred
