About the business:
Our client are a well-established independent law firm that offers an array of legal services to businesses and individuals. Their personal injury department are seeking to hire an experienced professional with a background in employer & public liability personal injury claims. This is an excellent opportunity to join an evolving business with a strong business model.
If successful, you will perform the following role as a Litigator:

- Running a caseload of high-value fast track work, including some multi track borderline cases
- Picking up and assisting on ad-hoc medical negligence cases
- Reviewing files that has dropped out of the portal or are non-portal cases
- Part 7 and occasional part 8 work
