Café Assistant

Cafe Assistant **(The ability to speak and converse in Welsh is essential for this role)**

**Duties**:

- Assist with food preparation and cooking
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Clean and maintain the cafe area, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns

**Skills**:

- Food safety knowledge and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a team and provide assistance as needed
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
