Here at Long-Term Teachers we are working closely with an incredible Primary School in the BS23 area of Weston-Super-Mare who are seeking an LSA’s to join their dedicated team as soon as possible.

This school has a team of staff who work hard to encourage and develop each pupils education. The teachers at this school offer an inclusive curriculum and have a strong sense of responsibility and cooperation to bring a positive community to the school.

**The Role**

This is a full-time opportunity where you will be working closely with the Class Teacher to resource and adapt planning to provide the best learning activities to all children in the class.

The Head Teacher is looking for someone who is proactive, energetic and committed to engage them in their own learning.

You will be expected to:

- Strong positive behaviour management strategies.
- Work collaboratively with Class Teachers across the school.
- Be flexible and encouraging when working with this pupil.
- Be adaptable with the child’s learning environment.
- Communicate and observe personal and learning development.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to feel comfortable.

We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special

Schools.

**Salary**: £90.32-£95.00 per day
