Fluent in English, Czech, Polish or Russian is a must.

**The role**:
- Manage client expectations and demands to provide a high service standard.
- Process and dispatch fabric samples to international customers.
- Provide administrative support to colleagues within the department when necessary.
- Proactively contact clients with after sales support, new season releases and promotions.
- Research and constantly monitor the markets prospecting for new customers and opening new accounts.
- Relay all customer feedback to managers.
- Manage any product returns and follow appropriate replacement/credit procedure.
- Maintaining and updating customer database.
- Remaining up to date with all product knowledge, stock reports and wider industry trends.
- Consult with clients to deliver products that best fit their needs/brief (Bulk Production, custom weaving etc).
