Are you a dedicated and skilled Qualified Social Worker looking to make a positive impact in Adult Services? Join our Cheltenham Locality Team in Gloucestershire and be part of a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessing and supporting the needs of adults in the Cheltenham area.
Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
Conducting risk assessments and safeguarding interventions.
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the well-being of service users.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with regulatory standards.
**Requirements**:
Qualified Social Worker with HCPC registration.
Proven experience in Adult Services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
