Duties;
- In accordance with the forms set forth by the lenders, you will be required to report on residential conveyancing issues, including title and search reporting.
- You must be able to manage a heavy caseload of clients, mostly LTD companies investing in residential real estate via BTL mortgages or bridging financing.
Although not required, resolving bridging financing issues is desirable.
- You should be able to represent customers' interests in a dual or separate capacity with their preferred lenders.
It would be ideal but not necessary to have experience representing for clients when the lender is represented separately.
- You will be able to show that you have residential real estate experience and possess a high level of technical expertise.
You
- Ideally at least 1-year PQE within real estate and/or secured lending
- Can be either a Solicitor, CLC or CILEX, will also consider anyone working towards a qualification or qualified by experience
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Experience of using a case management system (The firm use Proclaim)
