**Main Purpose of the Job**

Provide general administration support to the depot management team for services, vehicles, and software operating from the same business location**.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

2. Regularly liaise with local authority, providing attendance updates of service users.

3. Monitor and record mechanical replacement vehicle (MRV) usage, reporting to the company vehicle insurer on a weekly basis.

4. Support with the general administration of vehicle compliance paperwork, including inspections, servicing, MOT, and defect documentation.

5. Support the management team where required to ensure Cordic dispatch system is continually updated with changes to transport routes, including the addition and removal of new or ceased routes.

7. Troubleshoot and provide support to users of dispatch system, Cordic, where required and able to.

8. Assist with the completion of timesheets and general payroll amendments for Drivers & Passenger Assistants.

9. Support as required with project work relating to the depot and transport operation.

10. Fulfil other reasonable duties as and when requested by the management team.

**General**

2. To comply with the statutory provision of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and any other relevant legislation or policies and procedures relating to health and safety and good working practice.

3. Adherence to all company procedures and codes of conduct relating to the role.

Assist where required in the undertaking of risk assessments involving passengers, vehicles, employees and/or any other area that may be associated with the vehicle or its equipment.

Ensure that duties start punctually by reporting for duty at the specified times and ensure all services run to agreed times.

Promote all services operated by London Hire Community Services in a positive manner.

Maintain good working relations with all internal and external stakeholders.

Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by line management.

20hours per week

FTE salary range £20,000 - £25,000 (20 hours £11,428.57 - £14,285.71)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11,428.57-£14,285.71 per year
