Dispute Resolution Solicitor

**My client is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Commercial Litigation team in Holborn, London on a part time basis of either 2 or 3 days per week.**

You will be supporting the wider Dispute Resolution group, this will be an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded team, helping to shape and develop client relationships and enhance their profile in the local market.

**What you'll do**

You will deal with a broad range of Commercial Litigation work. Their clients range from large multinationals and financial institutions through to local owner-managed businesses and SMEs and we advise regularly on both domestic and international disputes.

You will be joining a team who offer a depth of experience and insight acting for clients in both claimant and defendant roles, often balancing regulatory compliance, media scrutiny and "bottom -line" commercial drivers. They always consider wider industrycircumstances and the organisational requirements and priorities.

**What they're looking for**
- At least 4 years pqe
- Experience in general Commercial Litigation work and running your own caseload
- An interest in Business Development, networking and enhancing our local presence
- Financial ombudsman experience will be beneficial, but isn't essential
- Relevant experience in one of our key sectors would be of interest (e.g Retail & Consumer, Banking & Finance, Energy & Infrastructure)
