Senior Housekeeper

Position: Senior Housekeeper

Location: Glenview Luss

Type: Up to 30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Supervision:
Oversee and lead a small team of housekeeping and maintenance staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Provide training and mentorship to maintain high service standards.

Schedule and coordinate daily tasks to meet the cleanliness and operational expectations of the property.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections to guarantee rooms and common areas meet established cleanliness standards.

Implement and enforce hygiene and sanitation protocols.

Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Inventory Management:
Manage and monitor housekeeping supplies and equipment.

Collaborate with the management team to ensure the timely replenishment of cleaning materials.

Performance Optimization:
Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Continuously seek ways to raise the overall guest experience through housekeeping services.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior Housekeeper or similar role in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal procedures.

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
