**Quotes Co-Ordinator - Sutton-in-Ashfield / Permanent position**

**Salary - £25,000 per annum**

**Working hours - 8:30am - 4:30pm / Monday to Friday**

Work from Home available - Minimum 3 days on site each week required (days worked are rotated across the team) - After 6 months training

**The main focus of the role will be to obtain quotes for contracts in place on company products, evaluate the quotes and to provide customers with the best technical solution.**

**This role will not consist of any sales.**

**Other duties include**:

- Accurately and efficiently evaluate customer specifications to create quotations for products
- To evaluate incoming customer purchase orders, ensuring the product matches the customer requirement
- Oversee and manage accounts
- Management of key contracts, ensuring all aspects of the project are controlled
- Be proactive in the identification and full investigation of customer complaints
- Account Management experience
- Great team player
- Experience working in a similar role is required
- Experience working within a fast paced environment
