We provide both guaranteed income and zero-hour contracts. Our approach is to work with you to find the availability and contract type that best suits your needs and those of our clients.
**What You'll Enjoy as Our Care Assistant**:
- **Competitive Pay**: £13/hour on weekdays, £15/hour on weekends, £17/hour in the evenings.
- **Guaranteed Income Contract** - steady income for a fixed number of hours each month.
- **Mileage Compensation**: 45p per mile.
- **Travel Time Pay**: £11.50 per hour between clients.
- **Stable Hours**: Full-Time and Part-Time positions with guaranteed monthly pay.
- **Minimum 1-Hour Visits**: Ensuring quality time with clients.
- **Local Shifts**: Reducing your travel distance, and we cover mileage.
- **Comprehensive Training**: Great induction for new Care Assistants and ongoing support.

**Your Role and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant**:
- Providing companionship and organising days out with clients.
- Assisting with personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
- Running errands, including grocery shopping or prescription pickups.
- Supporting with medications and aiding mobility within homes.
- Handling household chores, such as cleaning and laundry.

- Adaptability and a personable nature.
- Genuine willingness to prioritise the well-being of others.
- Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for work.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
