**ELLANOR WINDOWS LTD **have a fantastic opportunity for a Trade Counter Assistant / Sales Office Junior to join us, you will be part of a close-knit, dedicated team. You will always have support on hand but will have plenty of opportunity to use your own initiative with this position.

As a Trade Counter Assistant / Sales Office Junior you will be the face of **ELLANOR WINDOWS LTD**, supporting our trade customers, be it serving on our trade counter - Processing Orders, assisting in the stock room, or making local deliveries to our customers when needed to cover absences of our drivers, guaranteeing no two days will be the same

**What to expect day to day**:

- Trade counter - supporting our customers to find the right products, processing orders, scheduling deliveries, and taking payment ensuring a seamless transaction with excellent customer service.
- Delivery Driving - delivering our quality products to our local customers, so a good understanding of the local area would be an advantage.
- Stock and Stores - when you are not driving, you will be maintaining a slick operation in the stock room or on the shop floor.
- Sales Office - Processing Orders; Making phone calls follow up any queries; Sending quotes to customers; General Administration

**Essential Requirements**:

- Full UK driving licence.
- Aged 21 or over (for insurance purposes)

**What’s in it for you?**

**Salary**: £7.48-£10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bridlington: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
