**Free holidays to Sandbanks for staff and family**We are a specialist team dedicated to providing support to our existing branch network with the placement of office based permanent staff in to their Clients.

The opportunity for either an experienced Recruiter or Trainee has arisen to join our "Perm Hub" based in Kettering taking responsibility for building relationships with existing branch Clients as well as developing new business.
This role would suit someone who wants to work within a professional services environment using a mixture of customer service, sales and administrative skills. You will be driven by success, be motivated by money and be willing to perform regular sales activity.
- **Duties will include but will not be limited to**_:

- Working with our branch network to support their existing Clients with their permanent recruitment needs
- Understanding Client needs through effective job taking
- Advert writing
- Coordinating interviews, offers and placements

If you are looking for an opportunity to train within a new business and want something that will utilise your existing customer service and sales skills, then this could be the role for you. You must have previous experience of dealing directly with customers/Clients,have an excellent telephone manner and great attention to detail.

Established recruiters can earn £40k+ OTE so this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is money motivated and wants to build a career.
