For our UK brand Flymo we are looking for a brand and communications specialist to drive our product
- and brand-communication across the board in collaboration with the central and regional UK team.

**Requirements**:
Applicants must at least have a few years of experience in communication,

and brand-management.

What you will be doing:

- Developing strong Flymo communication strategies for our regional key launches incl. creative concepts and story flow.
- Development of Flymo communication on pack strategy
- Brand mapping: identify how the Flymo brand is positioned.
- Developing activation campaigns, both online and offline.
- Developing brand guidelines ensuring consistency in all brand assets, including packaging design.
- Manage product launches with BU team.
- Permanent optimization of brand assets.
- Monitoring, evaluation and steering of brand performance across all channels.
- Communicate our brand personality internally and align company around foundational ideas.
- Measure and report on success of brand marketing strategy via Brand Health Tracker and market data.
- Creative agency and budget management.

What you need for this position:

- Experience in brand, ideally for an (inter)national consumer-brand.
- Strong operational and analytical skills.
- Confident, proactive self-starter with a passion for brand.
- Able to manage in cross-functional groups
- Degree or qualification in marketing and/or communications.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Very good knowledge of English, other languages an advantage.
- Conceptual and pragmatic thinker - organised and can prioritise, whilst managing multiple projects/activities at the same time.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Clean and current UK driving licence
- Cooperate with local Flymo and Gardena team, regional team, central marketing team and product-development Business Unit.
