HR Advisor

We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our growing HR Department.

Salary Range is £30,000 - £35,000
- To manage employee relations case work across a nationwide network of employees, providing sound and friendly advice to our management teams where required
- Hold regular 1-2-1's with our management teams in the field to ensure they feel fully supported from a people perspective
- Create and deliver robust training on all all HR topics
- Support and guide our managers on business change, including TUPE, redundancy and restructures
- Work with our managers to identify learning needs within the business
- Support on wider HR projects such as talent management and succession planning
- Some travel will be required

You will report into the Head of HR.

**Experience**:

- HR Manager / People Advisor: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD Qualification (required)
