Venn Group is currently working with an NHS Trust in London, who are looking to recruit an IT Trainer.

**Rate: £18.25 (umbrella) per hour**
**Location: Hybrid - Hampshire**

**Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week**

**Duration: ASAP - March 2024**

**Responsibilities**:

- Instruct and support operational staff in their use of systems to deliver high quality patient care
- Promote, endorse and encourage adoption of technology to support record keeping and delivery of care
- Provide systems training, digital learning and reference materials for patient record keeping systems and relevant systems linked to clinical care
- Provide training expertise to support IT skills development across the Trust
- Work with Transformation teams to promote and assist the use of systems and related processes in the user community encouraging both data completeness and data quality
- Act as a link between users and Systems Support to ensure feedback on systems is incorporated into future system changes and enhancements
- Experience delivering group training of up to 10 and 1:1 training
- Experience with designing of training and learning solutions across different media to address specific requirements
- Specification, production and implementation of high quality training and learning materials, and supporting documentation
- Creation of digital learning materials
- Knowledge of Data confidentiality and security issues in the NHS.
- RiO, eCaMIS, SystmOne, EMIS or patient information system experience
