**We have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven individual to join our family business in the Northeast as a tele-appointer**

**We are looking for someone who**:
- ** Is results driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.**:
- ** Has experience in a sales/target driven environment and is comfortable cold calling prospects with a robust and resilient, but friendly approach.**:
- ** Is customer focussed with a positive, can do attitude.**:
- ** Can demonstrate strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and overcome barriers and objections.**
**Requirements**:
- ** Lead Research: Using our on-line tool, conduct comprehensive research to identify potential leads and target companies within the designated sectors. Gather valuable information on prospective clients, their needs, problems, and buying behaviours.**:
- ** Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings between the Business Development Manager and qualified leads. Manage calendars and ensure efficient time management.**:
- ** Collaboration: Work closely with our new Marketing team to align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns.**:
- ** Support all and any other sales related activities as requested by the Business Development Manager.**

*** Commission is scaled upon appointment size, this is as follows;**
**10 hours - 19 hours - £5**
**20 hours - 30 hours - £20**
