We’re looking for a talented individual to join us as a Night Porter at The Bell Hotel, Thetford.

As a Night Porter, you’ll need to handle all our hotel operations throughout the night to ensure our guests have everything they need.

It is essential that you are comfortable working alone, organised yet flexible and good at problem solving.

You are approachable throughout the night - guests need to feel they can come and ask a question

Attentive to both the guest and business needs - prioritising tasks will be crucial to ensure a successful shift

Professional, yet friendly - a welcoming smile should never be underestimated
Be able to complete health and safety checks and follow company policies and procedures.

You don’t need to have experience (though it can help) as we will provide the training you needto offer the WOW factor to our guests. All you need is a warm and friendly personality, willingness to learn and a genuine love for what you do.
