As Travel Coordinator within the executive assistant teams you are responsible for coordinating the company's travel needs for senior members of the company. Ensuring that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budget. Schedule hotel, train and flight accommodation and procures necessary documentation such as passports, visas, or other clearances.

**You will be accountable for**:

- Gatekeeper for the company travel policy, ensuring bookings are within policy and ensuring compliance to the internal procedures.
- Arranging travel and accommodation as required for directors, their direct reports, and other staff within their departments.
- Support PA’s & Travel Bookers with travel request for other employees travelling within the business.
- Gathering and sharing key safety advise to travers outside of the UK
- Complete expenses for each director and submit to finance regularly
- Support events with booking appropriate venue locations/equipment when needed.

**To be successful in this role you will require the following**
- Experience within a similar role is ideal
- Good analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of competence with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Must be articulate and comfortable when dealing with people at all levels, with much emphasis on verbal communication, internal & external
- The ability to work on your own initiative and discretion within the role whilst dealing with confidential information and maintaining confidentiality is essential
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

We encourage flexible working to fit your individual needs, as well as the team’s - this role requires flexibility to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
