**Digital Analyst - Leading Financial Services Organisation - Competitive Salary + Package - Perm - Remote - MUST HAVE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK**

Gerrard White are working with a leading, technology-powered financial services organisation, looking for a Digital Analyst to join the Marketing & Digital team. You will be joining at a time of significant digital transformation, with big investments tosupport the digital platforms. **Main Responsibilities**:
As a Digital Analyst, you will be positioned within the Digital Marketing team, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the UI/UX and Digital Designer professionals. This role plays a key part in identifying ways to optimise the customer journey across severaldigital platforms/touch points. A great opportunity to flex your analytics know-how, utilising analytics tools to support on reporting, analysis, and insights across a range of digital customer journeys.

**The successful Digital Analyst will also be responsible for**:

- Assisting with deployment and leading on measurement and reporting for all MVT optimisation activity
- Ensuring the accuracy of the analytics and tagging solutions and identifying opportunities for improvements
- Managing relationships with digital media partners and presenting opportunities to establish new relationships.
- Analysing digital data sources such as Google Analytics and SessionCam to produce commercially focused optimisation recommendations for our digital journeys
- Designing, building and deploying reports, dashboards and analytical solutions using best practise design and visualisation techniques
- Supporting the Digital Marketing team in the measurement of digital media campaign performance and making data led recommendations

**The Successful Digital Analyst Will Have**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build productive relationships both internally and externally
- Highly commercial outlook with exceptional problem solving, analytical and numerical skills
- Be a self-starter and team player, with ability to work autonomously and prioritise efforts on the things that matter most for customers and our business
- Extensive experience using web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SessionCam
- Expertise in building dashboards and data visualisations through, but not limited to, Excel and Google Data Studio

**Additional Desirable Skills**
- Experience working in agile environments and use of appropriate tools
- Experience in Financial Services
- Experience with Tag Management using Tag Manager tools
