Must have at least a Full and Relevant level 3 Early Years qualification and have recent experience of working with children.

Pay - £13.50 per hour

**What we are searching for**
- We are looking for an individual to join our expanding team who has a real passion for early years. The successful applicant will be motivated to improve outcomes for children and will be keen to take on extra responsibility and enjoy a challenge. We are looking for someone with excellent knowledge of caring for and teaching children, running a key group, monitoring children’s progress. Leadership experience would be a great addition to this as you will be leading a small team. An eye for detail, love for indoor and outdoor learning and creativity is needed for this exciting opportunity._

**Job Purpose**

To drive continuous improvement with in your room and monitor, evaluate and support your teams teaching and practice to ensure children and their families are offered a high quality of care, development and support.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- To oversea the planning and observation of all children in your room to ensure the children have interesting and challenging curriculum
- To monitor the progress of all children in your room
- To mentor and motivate a staff team through one to one meetings, observations and mentoring
- To provide outstanding teaching and care for all children
- To ensure parents are partners in their child's development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
