Bookmakers Clerk

We’re currently recruiting for a full time Bookmakers Clerk in the Lisnaskea/ Dromore Area.

**The Job**:

- Processing bets and assisting with customer queries
- Working as part of a team to assist the day to day running of the shop
- Building relationships with customers and making them feel at home by delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining high shop standards

Our shop hours are Monday-Sunday, 9am-9pm and contracted hours will be allocated on a weekly rota.

**The Organisation**:
Toals is a family-run business, established in 1932 in Ballymena. Currently there are 50+ shops across every county in Northern Ireland and we offer a telephone betting service, which is available 7 days a week remotely. We maintain our relationship with the local community by sponsoring the Co. Antrim FA.

**Interested in applying? This is what you’ll need**:
**Essential**:

- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Previous cash handling experience **OR** experience providing excellent customer care
- Full UK clean driving license

**Desirable**:

- Demonstrable IT skills
- 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent)
