You'll also support with each individual's hobbies and interests too, including music, films, in-house activities, going for walks, day trips, the cinema, swimming, discos and arts & crafts.

- Good communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Confidence in the use of computers

**Shift Patterns**

As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns do include early mornings, days, evenings, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays, so we will need you to be flexible.

Typically, you will work 2-4 sleepovers per month. Our sleepovers don't form part of your contracted hours meaning you will receive **an additional payment of £84** for each sleepover that you work

**Have questions? **Please contact Deanna McDougall on 01224 648954.

If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 6 months of starting your employment with us.
