**CNC MILLING MACHINIST TRAINER**

If you are a seasoned CNC Milling Machinist had you thought of training to become a **CNC Milling Machinist Trainer?**

You don't need previous training experience. But maybe you have coached apprentices before, given tool box talks or just provided induction training to newbies. You have found this is something you have enjoyed and this role would give you the opportunity to take this to the next level.

**NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, NO SHIFTS - Just Monday to Friday days.**

**CNC Milling Machinist Trainers** enjoy a starting salary of £28,000 (whilst you learn) you would study for your professional training and assessing qualifications and once you possess those, your salary would increase to £31,500. You would be allocated a very experienced mentor who would guide and coach you to become an Apprenticeship Trainer.

Your learners will all be in full time employment and each will be studying for an apprenticeship in Machining.

The company then offers ongoing training and continual professional development which will allow you to develop your skills and knowledge further. There is a robust career development programme in place to becoming a **CNC Milling Machinist Trainer** would be just the start of your teaching career journey. Of course, with each career enhancement move, comes an improvement in salary.

As a **CNC Milling Machinist Trainer** you would be delivering class room based training for theoretical sessions and workshop based training for practical sessions. The company being a highly respected engineering training provider boasts state of the art facilities. You would also have the opportunity to travel to meet some of your learners in their place of work. Here you can spend time with them ensuring that the knowledge you have imparted is being used effectively in the work place.

- Good communication skills. This means you just need to be able to put your point across clearly and concisely.
- A genuine desire to work with young people and share your skills and knowledge.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£31,500.00 per year
