As a Vehicle Progressor, you’ll manage the cosmetic reconditioning of all vehicles delivered to your site, completing the final quality check and photography, ready for our customers.

**What does the role of Vehicle Progressor involve?**
- Ensure that all vehicles arriving on site for sale are processed as per the Evans Halshaw operating standard, managing vehicle status within our Pinnacle database
- Work with the Service department identify, process and complete all stock requiring preparation, ensuring maximum efficiency of mechanical and cosmetic preparation through the workshop
- Liaise with the Sales department, Smart teams and third party suppliers to coordinate any required bodyshop repairs in line with agreed standards
- Work with the valet team to ensure all vehicles are valeted to the highest standards
- Quality check all used vehicles ready for sale, ensuring they are in line with the Evans Halshaw preparation standards, and complete all photography and video requirements

**What qualities do I need to succeed in the Vehicle Progressor role?**
- A passion for delivering exceptionally high standards
- Experience within an automotive or retail merchandising environment, with knowledge of managing products through quality standards through a supply chain
- IT, written and verbal skills
- Ease with working under pressure to tight deadlines, with excellent organisational qualities and a great eye for detail
- A full UK driving licence
