Laundry Assistant

Danygraig House Care home is looking to recruit a laundry assistant with a strong work ethic to become a valued member of our housekeeping team. As a laundry Assistant at Danygraig you will also be expected to provide additional support to our existing ancillary staff including kitchen support to cover for annual leave. Hours of work include 8-2, 3days per week, one weekend off in three on a three weekly rota

Laundry Duties include
- Sorting and washing bed linen
- Sorting and laundering residents’ clothes
- Delivering clothes to rooms
- Stocking of linen store cupboards

Cleaning experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
