The Role

This role sits within our central marketing team, driving and supporting marketing activities for the EMEA region. It is part of the wider MBD team which supports delivery of our business development and client strategy. The marketing team is split across 2 locations - London and Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities
- Understanding business objectives and managing expectations and relationships with stakeholders
- Acting as a point of escalation/providing SME guidance for complex system issues etc
- Monitoring systems performance, obtaining supplier and/or IT systems support where required
- Maintaining the integrity of the data in the systems - assisting with cleansing and improving data quality
- Assisting with system upgrades and integrations, including testing, implementation and roll out
- Assisting stakeholders to leverage the full capabilities of the systems - developing best practice and providing regular training for users
- Staying abreast of system updates, new functionality and creative approaches
- Working with the digital marketing team to develop our client data reporting and analysis
- Managing list/invite requirements for client events

Key Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience of working with data, with a clear understanding of data management
- Demonstrable experience of working with a CRM system (some knowledge of Interaction desirable), with proficient data manipulation skills
- Process driven and methodical with strong attention to detail
- Expertise and confidence to work across marketing platforms and systems
- Strong communication skills - ability to communicate effectively and confidently with colleagues at all levels
- Strong organisational skills - ability to stay focused on assigned tasks and work under tight deadlines and excellent attention to detail
- Good team player

**Requirements**:

- Graduate calibre and/or holder of or studying for a professional marketing qualification or equivalent.
- Clear understanding of our marketing strategy and business objectives
- Ability to learn on the job and pick up technical skills quickly
- Strong presentation skills
- Flexible, responsive and constructive approach to competing demands
- Confident and resilient attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Proactive, practical and willing to take the initiative
