Cafe Supervisor

**CAFÉ SUPERVISOR**

We are looking for an energetic & enthusiastic person with a drive and focus on excelling in customer service whilst thriving when leading a team within a busy café.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of our café, as a café supervisor you will be required to;
- Assist with training and communication
- Run the business on a day-to-day basis including Opening & Closing procedures, Stock control management, including quality checking and ordering
- Excelling in customer service, leading by example
- Working as part of the team
- Assist in ensuring company targets are achieved with labour control and sales
- To learn all roles within the café, including kitchen basic tasks
- Working weekends, school and public holidays, as these are our busiest times, but a bonus of day shifts only, no evenings

**The Person**

To succeed as a Café Supervisor, you will be required to be;
- To motivate and lead a team through their passion, their example and their commitment.
- Have a positive and organised approach to training, preparation, and shift management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident, proactive, and willing to take on challenges
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Great communication skills to be able to deliver to your team as well as take direction from management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
