Our client, a well-established and hugely-successful business in the Technology sector is seeking an HR Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth and expansion our client is looking to add to their HR team, seeking an HR Advisor to join them in providing a high level of HR support across the entirety of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for employees with any HR-related queries
- Create job descriptions in conjunction with Hiring Managers
- Liaising with recruitment partners to ensure the top talent is hired within the business
- Support on all employee relations matters within the business including but not limited to informal meetings, investigations and disciplinaries
- Be responsible for updating policies and procedures within the office
- Act as the point of contact for the company’s apprenticeship providers
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Maintain effective HR records, including updating, amending and issuing all documentations including contracts
- All HR administrative duties as and when required

Key Experience:

- A minimum of CIPD Level 3 qualified
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Confident and capable working with senior members of staff and board of Directors
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy at all times
- Excellent communicator
