We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our local schools in Croydon and Sutton as a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). The HLTA will be responsible for supporting the classroom teacher in a variety of tasks and activities, includinglesson planning, delivering small group instruction, and providing support to individual students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering lessons
- Lead small group instruction and provide support to individual students as needed
- Help to manage the classroom environment and promote positive behaviour
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities as needed
- Attend meetings and contribute to the planning and evaluation of the school's curriculum

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
- Experience working in a classroom setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Valid teaching certification is preferred, but not required
