**Description**

(German Speaking) Associate Technical Service Scientist:

- Effectively prioritise existing tasks and their efficient handling in respect to the needs of our customers and the team.
- Actively cooperate in the development of existing and future solutions to further improve our customer service.

**Profile**
- **Fluency in German** plus English is required for this role; any additional European language is a benefit.
- Customer-centric mentality as a service provider with scientific background and a positive attitude when handling constantly changing requirements.
- Laboratory experience from academia or industry of the most frequently used techniques within molecular biology and genomics.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially with regards to molecular biology techniques.
