**One Temporary Post Covering 12 Months**

Having excellent communication skills both verbally and written you will be required to provide technical advice to a variety of customers able to explain processes and provide information as required.

We are seeking a colleague who possesses a high level of IT skills, having experience of using a variety of software packages including Excel. With the ability to handle and process considerable amounts of manual and computerised information which require care and confidentiality and educated to GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent as a minimum.

Having a positive outlook and ability to work to tight deadlines, a flexible approach to work is essential, along with the ability to adapt to the needs of the service.

The post is based at our Headquarters in Vauxhall Road, Birmingham. There will be a requirement to occasionally attend meetings and training at other locations across the West Midlands. We have an agile working environment, with the majority of working hours in the office with some flexibility to work from home.
