**About the role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial Waste Delivery Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our portfolio of paid for products. This includes Green, Trade and Bulky Waste, in addition to containers.

Your main focus will be making sure that our range of waste products perform optimally, meeting income and efficiency targets. In addition, you will support their growth by increasing market share and tailoring product offerings to add value for our clients.

This role will include travelling to customers, partners and council sites, when required, to build strong, collaborative relationships.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- The annual renewal process and associated legal documentation for Business Waste.
- Respond to and support customers with regular contact issues, including misses, contracts, quotes, and inquiries.
- Deliver a high quality service through all contact channels, whist also supporting customer transition to digital channels.
- Act as the first point of contact with the operations teams at Ubico, particularly in cases of service failure for customers.
- Develop mutually beneficial relationships with customers, fostering a local culture of service excellence.
- Monitor aged debt and implement safeguards to prevent bad debt from worsening.
- Identify areas of improvement within the service and take a lead role in eliminating service failures.
- Maintain a relentless focus on delivering a better service for customers and the council.
- Direct administrative staff in providing support activity for the service, especially during renewals.

**You will need**:

- A minimum qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3 or A level, and/or three years relevant experience
- Knowledge and experience in assessing complex situations and carrying out inspections if and when required
- Deliver commitments and take ownership of own caseload, reshaping of plans to deliver required outcomes
- Demonstrate commitment and resilience to succeed
