**Graduate Recruiter - The Company**

- delivered by their inhouse trainer. This bespoke training will take ambitious graduates from recruitment newbies, to trained 360 recruitment professionals

**Graduate Recruiter - The Role**
- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
- Account Management
- Building relationships with existing and new clients
- Networking
- Negotiating
- Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies

- 2:1 at Degree Level or 1 Years Sales Experience
