We are looking for an outstanding Supervisor to work in Admissions and be part of our dynamic team delivering a world class visitor experience on a temporary contract till 31st August 2024.

As an Admissions Supervisor you will have:

- Previous supervisory experience working in a sales/customer experience environment.
- Experience managing a large team.
- A “can do and adaptable attitude”, showing pride in their work.
- Excellent customer service skills, including managing service recovery.
- Previous experience of managing rotas to meet business needs
- Experience of cash handling, including cashing up
- A good working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, writing procedures and risk assessments.
- A high level of computer literacy and to be competent in the use of Microsoft Office programmes.

**The Package**
- 40 hours per week worked 5 days out of 7 including weekends, bank holidays and some evening working
- 33 days annual leave pro-rota (based on 40 hours)
