**The role and what you’ll be doing**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Owning the new joiner process for Motherwell and Milton Keynes including:

- Processing personal information and updating our (Natural HR) NHR system
- Obtaining the relevant documentation to onboard colleagues compliantly - Right to work, DBS, IDD credit checking and referencing for new joiners.
- Processing moves and promotions across both sites.
- Processing and supporting leavers of the business, ensuring all the relevant leaver information is correct and the leaver receives the relevant documentation.
- Own our baseline people experience metrics and date. Track and report to the management team on key data such as (but not limited to) Absence data - late records - holiday balances.
- Conduct regular NHR audits, including checking all document signatures are completed, we have correct emergency contact details for colleagues, all outstanding forms are completed and there are no outstanding workflows.
- Own the travel contributions benefit, including the travel contributions audit.
- Provide admin support to the People Experience Manager, aiding them with the performance management and appraisal cycle, keeping track of finished appraisals.
- Assist the People Experience Manager, so they can provide managers and colleagues with basic guidance on company policies and processes.

**You will support with**:

- Assisting the Talent Acquisition team and liaising with new starters.
- Providing administrative support to the People Experience Manager and Head of People Experience Operations.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of data and analytic reporting.
- Support all colleagues with the NHR site. Provide coaching on NHR's functionality where required. Using the NHR platform to capture accurate and meaningful data for business needs.
