Trainee/ships Agent

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee/Ships Agent to join our operational team based at our Immingham Office.

Ships Agency is a fascinating opportunity to become involved in the exciting world of International trade through its direct association with ships.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and good computer skills are essential. After initial training, you will board vessels in port, attending to the Captain’s and crew requirements and preparing HMRC and ship cargo documentation.

You will work as part of a professional team on a duty roster this is not an average 9 to 5 office based role, you will be required to board ships during out-of-office hours/weekend and bank holiday periods.
