The role's focus is to ensure exceptional contact centre services for clients, which are trusted and valued and provide fair treatment and consistent outcomes across all touchpoints. You will be accountable for participating in a professional and successful operating culture by meeting the needs of clients and suppliers and the continuous search for ways to improve the customer experience

**Main responsibilities**
- Accepting new cases and acknowledging receipt to our Business Partners & Supply Chain
- Dealing with all aspects of client and customer contact (from initial contact until either refusal or off-hire)
- Assessing claims and making decisions on liability
- Approving/refusing claims for Credit Hire/Credit Repair
- Obtaining all supportive documentation from the client and checking that all is in order
- Managing claims through the ‘on-hire’ process in accordance with GTA protocols
- Keeping all parties involved updated on a regular basis
- Handling customer claims for loss of earnings
- Identifying customer requirements for additional services
- Maintaining up-to-date records on the case management system
- Dealing with general telephone enquiries
- Undertaking customer surveys and obtaining customer feedback
- Assisting with customer queries and complaints in line with company policy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ideally have an insurance Claims background
- Great telephone manners
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK
- Organisational skills

**Bonus**: This is a sales based role with healthy commission based around sales.

**This role is available in our Chesterfield and Rotherham office**

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
