Maintenance Person

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated person to join our Maintenance team at The Atlantic Hotel Tenby.

As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role, no two days are the same.

**Responsibilities**:

- Looking after our swimming pool and jacuzzi. (Training will be given)
- Perform routine maintenance tasks around the hotel.
- Conduct repairs, may include plumbing, and other general odd jobs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

**Requirements**:

- Experience in hotel maintenance prefered but not essential.
- Troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff members.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
